Mindfulness Meditation can help.

In this free, four-week (one hour per week) online course, students learn the foundations for developing a mediation practice.

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation is a short, free, online course that offers participants an opportunity to understand, experience and clarify their questions regarding mindfulness meditation.  It can help you navigate the difficulties and uncertainties you may be encountering during this time.

 This free course is open to the community and each 60-minute class includes a didactic teaching, meditation practice and a question and answer period.  In order to participate, please pre-register with the instructor at tammyladrew@gmail.com, and commit to attending all four sessions.*

Whether you are new to meditation or just want a refresher and/or to connect, all are welcome.  

·         Please note the course instruction will be conducted in English. 

*As a student in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, I am being certified in Mindfulness Meditation and a post course evaluation will be requested at the end of the course.  Your timely and honest feedback is greatly appreciated.
