The Soul’s Compass is a 4-day residential retreat that provides you with access to your intrinsic, living guidance system.  Using the core competencies of embodied presence, mindfulness practices , meditation, and body-centered inquiry, you will engage applied wisdom, mindful movement and communal conversations that create the space for you to re-awaken and release the soul song you were born with.
