ART THROUGH THE HEART

A day of creative expression!

In this day-long experiential workshop we explore active, creative expression. Emerging through the heart, from silence and stillness, inspired heart-felt expression is the language of the soul.  Our daily lives are infused with the creative force, and how we interact with that force determines what we create and give voice to.

Through meditation, deep listening, movement, active expression and pure joy we learn to open to the unshakable qualities of love, peace, acceptance and joy - our original nature.

Integrating multiple modes of expression, individually and collectively, we will develop and share our authentic, expression through:

  • Painting

  • Movement

  • Observation of Symbolic Synchronicities

  • Vocalizations

  • Imaginal visions

  • Other expressive modalities
