Unfolding Your Heart's Desires with Joy, Ease and Grace

Living an Honest Life is an invitation to living life with open, compassionate and honest awareness as an access to unfolding your heart’s desires.

Over the course of twelve weeks participants will learn to:

·      explore and transform their relationship with one of the key areas oflife: health, wealth, love and career/vocation/creative expression

·      name, experience, express and take action based on the core resonance of their individual human spirit

·      engage in life with trust, confidence and competence

·      be gently honest with themselves and others

·      apply tangible methods and techniques for experiencing more joy, ease and grace

 Requirements:  Courage, curiosity, compassion, commitment and a willingness to be gently honest and “messy” in the discovery and unfolding of their heart’s desires.
